Very unfriendly owner. If you ask for help you will get a stroppy, huffy response. Most of her wools are end of range, so if you need more later on, you're stuffed. Doesn't actually seem to like customers at all, as they seem to interfere with her own knitting projects. Couldn't care less about selling you a pattern - doesn't seem interested in the business/customer side of things at all. Avoid, and go elsewhere.
