  Rude!!! From the minute I walked in a man was sitting behind reception looking at a computer screen & didn't even give any eye contact or say good morning or I will be with u shortly. After leaving me standing there for approx 2-3 mins still with no hello ! He asks how can he help with a quick glance at me then his eyes back on screen ! I asked if I could get an mot done straight away ...he replied sharply NO. His whole attitude was disgusting! At this point I walked off, he then decided to ask me do I WANT him to tell me when he can fit me in! I replied NO. I drove to another Kwik fit near Birmingham city centre, the macanic was busy helping a customer but greeted me & said he would be with me soon, he couldn't help with mot but was very polite. Dark haired , thin face with beard misery at Halesowen should take notes from Birmingham branch !! & remember it's happy returning customers that pay his wage! RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE
