  Aftercare in particular senior management and specifically Hayley Keatinge lacks empathy, respect in terms of acknowledgement of customers complaint and ownership when dealing with this. We're happy to elaborate further regarding this matter, however she has been a real disappointment for us and we would seriously discourage our circles from using them as a result.

  I would recommend Halesowen Audi. To me it has become apparent over a period of time that regardless of all the good intentions. There are departments in the store that DO NOT function well. For example the PARTS and the SERVICE department. No one seems to return our calls back. And when the receptionist does try to connect us to the department, the phones keep on ringing out with no one responding. I am sure there's a good reason for all this... and from where I see it is an internal matter. The answer no customer likes to hear is WE ARE VERY BUSY... Well, busy is great, but it doesn't work for customers who have to repeatedly call in because no one seems to return our calls back. This can all be sorted if you have the right amount of people needed to do all the work and ensuring that none of your staff members are standing around. It is not my business of telling AUDI how run their business. But since you ask for feedback, I am giving my honest experience. The people at Audi are all great and I have a good relationship with them. But as it is said... KEEP your CUSTOMERS HAPPY and they'll tell the world about you. I am not completely disappointed or dissatisfied. So on the scale of 1-10, I feel 6 on this occasion. Different visits have different experience. Depending whats happening in AUDI on that day! :-)
